Farce of prison security as thieves BREAK IN

Not even prison is safe enough to leave your tools these days.

Burglars managed to cut their way through a perimeter fence at HMP Sudbury Prison in Derbyshire before wrenching open the door of a workshop and making off with £1,000 of tools.

They took oxy-acetylene cylinders, hoses, tools and even a trolley. The break-in was reported to police shortly before 9am on Monday.
